Nothing fancy, but everything I needed for a few days. Very helpful and friendly. Short walk to zocalo.

Friendly staff. They let us leave our bags and shower after a day at the beach after checking out.

Everything a budget option should be. Helpful and friendly staff — I arrived hungry and late, and night staff recommended a taco/quesadilla option diagonally across the street I]which had no signage and I would otherwise havr]e missed. The hotel’s own restaurant had good breakfasts. AC was quick and efficient. I don’t travel for TV, but it was nice to have a TV with a wide range of options.

1. Booking.com process took me 2 minutes. I've been your sister company, Priceline, client for over 23 years. There were some occasional issues. My first try with you was amazing. The hotel check in with Alex took 1 minute. Thats how it's supposed to be and I was pleased. Room 24. Tiburon. Perfect. Check out. Perfect.

Nada. Nothing. There were no points off. I have 3 million Google hits on my previous Tony Kendig 1 profile. I look for the great in companies services and experiences. I seldom find it, but with this night of diversion and reset, I found nothing but relaxation and enjoyment.

Mala experiencia

Exelente servicio e instalaciones, está cerca de muchos restaurantes, muy limpio y cómodo y a demás a un precio muy accesible

It was in a quiet part of town directly across the street from the best Italian food I've ever had outside Philadelphia on south Street. They had a pool nice atmosphere and gated for your safety not that it's somehow not safe but if that's your thing and want to feel comfortable they have it. Bed was super comfy and bathroom was very clean.

No volvería a hospedarme ahí , cero recomendable. Las sábanas estaban manchadas desde que llegamos y no nos las cambiaron , las cortinas están mal puestas y no puedes cerrarlas bien, las toallas de baño son muy pequeñas y tenían mal olor , la alberca no funciona está sucia ; antes de querer entrar preguntamos en recepción si estaba en servicio y dijeron que si ,vamos a la alberca y otra persona dice que no ,no hay comunicación entre los trabajadores . La infraestructura está descuidada .
