Older lady at the bites restaurant was rude and hates her job, and it shows. Walls are paper thin. Can hear everything in the other rooms. Ridiculous amount of kids running around at all hours. Terribly loud and leaving all their garbage behind. The Kellers restaurant was good but need to instruct their employees to stop saying please tip before every purchase. For heavens sake, it’s a bottle of water. You want a tip????

Horrible, horrible treatment by staff. My daughter was hurt by a staff member and she did not apologize, nor did the 3 managers we spoke to.

I liked that I was able to take the elevator down to the casino floor to play but thats about it.

I booked what was advertised as a suite, but it felt more like a standard king room. While I understand that smoking rooms may have some odor, the smell was extremely strong—overwhelming, even for me as a smoker. I expected a hotel of this level to have better ventilation or odor control. The room itself didn’t feel special or upgraded in any way. For the price and the expectation of a “suite,” I was honestly disappointed. Additionally, the inside of the drawers had marker and pen marks, as if they hadn’t been properly checked or cleaned. Small details like that really impact the overall impression. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I likely won’t choose to stay here again.
