La sosirea în apartament am constatat o serie de probleme legate de curățenie și dotări: • Peretele de la intrare, dar și alte zone din apartament, erau murdare. • Am găsit praf, pânze de păianjen, dulapuri murdare, aragaz necurățat. • Dulapul de sub chiuveta din baie era plin de șuruburi și alte obiecte inutile, iar recipientele pentru săpun lichid erau goale. • În baie lipsea coșul de gunoi și nu am avut la dispoziție gel de duș, șampon sau săpun lichid. • În bucătărie dotările erau minime: lipseau un fierbător de apă sau un aparat de cafea, tocător, zahăr, castroane, oale și prosoape de hârtie. • În dulapuri am găsit sticle goale și alte lucruri rămase de la alți oaspeți, care nu au legătură cu dotările necesare pentru o vacanță confortabilă. • În dormitor nu exista o noptieră sau etajeră lângă pat pentru a putea pune un pahar cu apă. • Balconul era murdar, fără masă sau scaune, ceea ce l-a făcut inutilizabil. Consider că este important ca aceste aspecte să fie remediate, pentru ca viitorii oaspeți să aibă o experiență plăcută. Apartamentul are potențial, dar momentan nu se ridică la standardele minime de confort.
