Carmen Center Apartment with AC and Teracce

False advertising of an apartment listed as having one bedroom, while the photos clearly show a studio. Four days before arrival, I contacted the property to ask for confirmation that it was indeed a one-bedroom apartment, regardless of the photos, but I received no response whatsoever. After that, I requested a cancellation of the accommodation, yet again without any reply. In the end, I had to book alternative accommodation and submitted a complaint to Booking.com requesting a refund. For the record, I make more than 20 reservations per year on Booking.com and have made several hundred in my lifetime, but I have never experienced anything like this before. This is a disgrace.
