This is a new modern new apartment. In Google maps actually you can still the building under construction. The location is central, from the airport you can take AE bus and get off at Nejma stop from where its 5 minutes walk. Tangier beach is 5 minutes walk and the medina/old town is 20/25 minutes leisurely walk along the promenade. Plenty of places around to eat and drink. There is 24 hours security guard at the building so its perfectly safe. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a balcony, a full fledged kitchen, modern bathroom with a powerful shower, filter coffee machine with the coffee provided which was a nice touch. There is sandwich maker, a kettle to boil water, an espresso machine. The host is communicative, welcoming and helpful. If you are looking for a place to stay in Tangier, this is it! Pro Tip: Sound proofing is not a thing in Morocco so if you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring some good ear plugs with you. The cars here are honking all night, non-stop. This is nothing to do with the property as its the same everywhere in Morocco.

The only thing missing was a microwave oven which would have been helpful if you want to warm up food or coffee.
