"Dirty beddings, dusty place, cobwebs everywhere. Shower not working properly."

Property location was good. Close to public transport and the views.

The apartment itself was dirty. Not like the pictures. It was dusty and had cobwebs on every corner. Shower was not working properly. Bathtub was dirty. Even beddings were not washed and had stains on them. When we asked the host, he offered to compensate us 5% and did not offer a cleaner to come. He was rude and inconsiderate of us. He even agreed that the apartment was dirty and begged us not to leave a review or call booking.com. In the end after a back and forth with him. He refused to get us a cleaner or give us our money back. Very rude host. He even threatened to call the police on us! Please see attached photos. No one in their right senses can stay in such a place despite great location and great views. My friends and I got hay fever after 24hours of staying there. We were polite and willing to come to a compromise or relocation at first but the host was not forthcoming with us. We stayed in a dirty place. Couldn’t us the blankets or the shower. The PITS!

The host was really great at communication throughout! The check in process was smooth and we really enjoyed the apartment and it’s stunning views. Location was great for visiting the villages too.

The location of the apartment was great. Easy check in since we didn’t see the owner. The apartment is spacious and well furnished.

Some mosquitoes bothered us at night.
