Easily accessible from the Ipoh Selatan toll exit, the homestay is located on the outskirts of Ipoh city centre. The setting is peaceful and private, away from the hustle of the city, offering a truly tranquil stay. Convenient food outlets are nearby, including the 24‑hour Mamak Di Naina and Bintara Restaurant. A nice and friendly owner with clear guide for check in/out. Clean, tidy and equipped with almost all basic facilities of a good homestay.

Nothing to dislike. Just a friendly suggestion — providing an electrical point in each room would add extra convenience for guests.

The location is quite nice... Quite centre

The bathroom not so clean... Many ants around kitchen even we didn't cook....there got some spider web on the ceiling

"Nice and clean property."

Big house, can stay more than 8 person. Clean and well maintain. Easy check in and out. Facility all good, Netflix available. Parking at porch and outside also can. Definitely will come back again.

If have extra pillow or small bed is nice.

"Cost saving for short vacation"

Facilities provided as it should. Own parking for only a car, not auto-gated, will be less convenient if rains to open/close gate. House is quite spacer for a small family to stay. Price is affordable.

Location is somehow difficult to be accessed. House is old one and refurbished only. Overall feeling is able to sleep for short period, but if for long stay. Curtains blinds were not good to cover the windows, should have put more efforts in the designs.
