Staff friendly, helpful, and interested in overall customer experience. On arrival a special gesture was left which was very much appreciated for our special occasion.

Issue with toilets near pool. Algae in front feature was unappealing on arrival. However, this issue was solved. Room, was clean and basic but previous guests smoked with lingering smell of smoke.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area, pretty surroundings and the staff were very accommodating. Provided me with an above and beyond service.

I have no criticisms of my stay.

There is no iron in the room and nowhere to iron on site. The beds were a little on the firm side. The TV did not work, poor airiel connection

Nice all inclusive hotel. spacious rooms. Two big pools. Lovely staff who went above and beyond, especially George the manager. Good choice of meals, different everyday.

Food was so bad no bbqs or pool food like described No free upgrade that was offered before booking bad food that made us unwell Rude staff fighting Nothing special done if it’s your birthday and you tell staff Over all worst holiday I’ve had in the whole of Europe and it would of been better if I had another stay had to walk really far to my room as two young girls in a unlit area
