Islanders Hostel Port Barton

Gezellig hostel met goede ligging, behulpzaam personeel. Voldoende douches/toiletten, nooit hoeven aanschuiven of wachten. Verschillende 'chill'-plekken om wat te drinken of rond te hangen.

Muziek speelt tot ongeveer 23u.

Emplacement en plein centre de Port Barton, literie plutôt confortable, climatisation. Environnement agréable.

Peu de pression de l'eau dans la salle de bain et pas d'eau chaude dans la douche. Mais c'est assez courant aux Philippines.

Facilities were amazing, loved having hammocks and a pool table. Bathrooms were clean enough and rooms were well maintained.

Expensive for what it is but a good stay.

Hot Water The staff is lovely and very helpful to book expeditions and transportations

Everything in the dorm is made of wood, so you can hear every time someone walks by, which can be bothersome. The AC only runs at night. The lockers are not actual lockers (just shelves/cubbies). The dorm was very narrow and mattress not comfortable

The location was good

The electrics in the room weren’t very safe, the rooms got very hot as well and music was playing from 7am onwards which woke nearly everyone in my room up. Felt I definitely overpaid for this stay

I loved this place. The employees were super nice. And although the showers are outside, it was comfortable. Also a big commun area.

The electricity was off during my stay what ment no AC and no fan, but they were very understanding about it and moved me to the hostel nextby that they also own.

Staff and AJ are great

There is no AC here, there is an ac machine but because they run on solar and they have a small battery they can't run during the night. Then later in the night all power drops and there isn't even a fan or phone charging available.
