清潔だった

The thing I really need is the washing machine and dryer so it is very useful to have it inside the room, always it can dry clothes in one night so it is very convenient. The room space is good too.

The third hotel is a little bit more further away and have to climb up from a staircase at the front so it is a little hard especially when bring the luggage to the top.

とても清潔で広かったです。お得な値段なのにとても良いホテルでした。スタッフの方も親切で、バスターミナル、長崎駅から近く、ホテル周辺にも居酒屋やご飯屋さんがあり、とても良かったです。 大満足でした！

チェックインする場所がホテルと別の建物になるのと、ホテルが階段を上がったところにあるので、キャリーケースを持って移動するのが少し不便な位置でした。

Convenient quiet location near station. Basic breakfast box provided was fine. Good value for money.

Very convenient, spacious, great little kitchenette, warm and excellent value! We loved being able to heat up food and make cups of tea. The bed was comfortable. It was very close to the station (10 minute walk) and so many different places to eat or pick up take away food within walking distance. Would recommend the Ramen Izakaya close by! The hotel is half way between the Peace Park and the downtown area so perfect for walking to both or taking the tram which was only a few minutes away.

Check in was a little complicated - reception is at one hotel and the actual room we were booked into was about a 3 minute walk away in a different building. It might be a good idea to have a little card with the explanation of which buttons/numbers to press and how to enter the main door and the room door that you could give to guests - in English and Japanese. This was a minor issue only on the first day but something that might help.

Breakfast was fine to pick up at another location a short distance away. Perhaps some fresh fruits would have been nice. Employees were very kind and helpful. Room was very clean.

At location III there are stairs to get to the building. They are a bit tough if you are a senior with a 50 pound bag. Lucky for us, an employee helped us with luggage.
