It was just the location, and although the employee was friendly, he wasn’t able to help.

This apartment is not what we booked. The place where we stayed should never be on Booking.com. This is clearly a scam. The apartment was freezing cold, rain came in through the windows, cold wind came through the doors, the toilet was leaking, the beds were unbearably hard, and the kitchen was filthy and outdated.
