Nothing...this hotel not safe for family... When u visit thn not single room book of this hotel..I payed but not stay at hotel.. I was stay other hotel which good for us

I cannot begin to explain how dreadful this place is. If you are reading PLEASE do not stay here. It is a complete scam. Firstly, we turned up and the person who greated us was extremely rude and spoke very little English. He demanded we pay in cash, even though they say they offer card. Once we reluctantly paid in cash he took us to the first room. The room absolutely stank, had mould all over and everything was filthy. We immediately complained and he took us to another room. This room was again absolutely dire with mould everywhere, stains on everything and stunk of cat wee. Air con also did not work. I have attached photos of the dampness and mould in the rooms. It also says that you get a Mountain View with the room, in one of the photos you can see the room from the window and it is vile. We immediately requested a refund and they refused. We stayed here for around 1 hour it was that bad and booked somewhere else which was lovely. If you are reading PLEASE do not stay here. I have also noticed from the reviews that as soon as there is one bad review, they get some people (probably bots) to leave 10 rated reviews to ensure a good score. Filter this booking for lowest score first to see the bad scores and you will see why people think. I will be reporting to booking.com. Sadly I can only upload 4 photos which doesn’t do it justice how bad it is. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!
