BEWARE COCKROACHES !!!! WARNING ! IT IS A COCKROACH INFESTED TINY STUDIO !!! DO NOT RENT THIS !!! I did NOT like anything about this place. It was supposed to be a one bedroom condo type HOTEL ROOM but it was a studio with a tiny bunk type bed above the couch area. I thought I was renting a HOTEL ROOM but these rooms are owned as condos and the owners rent them out. This was NOT MADE CLEAR BY "BOOKING.COM." The room was FILTHY DIRTY as if it had NOT been cleaned in months. There was garbage in the cabinets, sticky mess and an old dirty toothbrush on counters and window sill. The room had not been swept in months. IT IS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES !!! They were crawling everywhere !!! THE PLACE IS DISGUSTING. I PAYED ABOUT $300 USD for 6 nights and I could NOT stay there due to the HORRIBLE COCKROAH CONDITIONS!!! I IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO THE OWNER BUT THEY MADE EXCUSES ABOUT THE LACK OF CLEANLINESS! SHAME ON THE OWNER for renting that TRASHY PLACE !!! I WANT A REFUND !!!!

"A lot of potential and a very nice place but the maintenance needs to be better."

The layout is very well thought. Theres plenty of space because the bed is the way it is, good TV, good internet, very fast response to any messages I left.

There were bugs and cockroaches which I had to spray daily. The garbage bin in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and had attracted bugs and was kicked underneath the sink.
