Irena Stone Villas Kefalonia

Absolutely incredible villa. Amazing views. Beautiful interiors, comfy beds, so clean and well kept. The pool was gorgeous (if chilly!). It surpassed our expectations. The area is lovely too, near nice beaches. We stayed in April and it was very much off season and most tavernas in Lourdata were shut but we had a hire car and explored the island and found lots of other places open. Would definitely recommend having a car for your entire stay.

This is a truly stunning villa, built to very high standards and was thoroughly cleaned every 3-4 days by the owners (who clearly take great pride in the villa). We are a family of 6 and we stayed for two weeks. The villa is modern and spacious with three good sized bathrooms and bedrooms, with comfortable beds and linen that smells divine! The outside pool area is truly beautiful, with comfortable sunbeds, we ate at the large outside table all the time. Kitchen has large fridge-freezer, cooker top, oven and microwave. The villa is on a steep hill with a gated entrance. It is quite remote but this suited us well for the relaxing holiday we wanted. We hired a car for 5 days but ended up keeping it until we flew home so we could explore the island some more and for the convenience of food shopping. Tip: pay a little extra for larger engine size, you need it for the hill.

Minor Minor issue (and still a 10 overall) the parasols are very pretty but don't provide full shade. However we had seen another visitor comment on this so went prepared with a very lightweight beach sheet to throw over them. Worked perfectly!

Villa was excellent, with great facilities and a fantastic view. The beach, bars and restaurants were all in walking distance - providing you don't mind a steep walk up the hill on your return.

This isn't a complaint, however it would be great to have some information on paper in the villa, detailing the supermarkets, things to do, bars, restaurants and other amenities in the areas. The host did offer to come and explain these things to us, but it would be nice to have those personal recommendations available to read at your leisure.

Irena Stone Villas is a recently renovated property that brings together natural elements in such a beautiful way that you feel like you're connected to nature while relaxing on vacation! The house is mostly stone and wood and provides a warm feeling everywhere you look. There is an incredible amount of space for your family or friends. The location is good, with access to local restaurants and bars, as well as the beach. You would probably need to take your car because the property is up hill from all of the amenities in the village. The owner/manager was incredibly friendly and he even met us at the airport to escort us so we wouldn't get lost through the small town roads. He also provided us with a few breakfast items to get us started. We couldn't have asked for a better host and property!

The property is new and is missing a few key items in the kitchen. For example, the kitchen could use a few utensils such as scissors and a peeler. It would also be nice to have a drip coffee filter.

Amazing place, the villa is brand new. The pool is clean and family-friendly. The villa has 3 luxurious bathrooms and a well-equipped and comfortable kitchen. The host helped us with everything we needed, a charming and nice person. The area was convenient and it was easy to get to Argostoli. There is a nice beach and cafes and restaurants close to the villa.

Fantastic stay for our summer holiday. The decoration of the house was great. 3 large rooms and 3 bathrooms very comfortable for the stay of 2 families. The view was amazing. Every detail was well thought. Private Parking space for 2 cars. Lovely pool suitable for our 3 year old kids. Kitchen was well equipped. Brand new house and very nice air conditioning.
