La habitación según la reservación tenía balcón. Y la habitación que me asignaron no tenía. No servía el pos para cobro con tarjeta, y me hicieron ir a buscar un cajero a altas horas de la noche. No respetaron el horario ce check out que aparece en booking y sacaron mi equipaje de la habitación. Nunca me enviaron mi factura a pesar de que la he solicitado por varios medios

La ubicación

Me dieron una habitación que no tenía ventana en el baño solo una sabana sobrepuesta, la ducha estaba sucia, no estoy segura si de verdad cambiaría la ropa de cama, la señorita muy amable solo que por ser la única empleada tenía que hacer todo solo ella, no entiendo porque no me dio otra habitación si la mayoría estaba desocupada y me dio una donde había aun una señora, tuve que esperar a que hiciera limpieza y por la premura considero que la hizo muy rápido, por el servicio al cliente si volveria posiblemente pero por las cosas de la habitación no volveré, además no coincide la información de esta página con lo que ofrecen en ese lugar
