Luxury Apartment in Eurocity

Key handover was non existant. The experience was atrocious. Messaged to go to "an office" 8 mins walk away to collect the keys at 2a. There was no door 2a! There was one door with a number 2 on it and another door with nothing on it at all, both firmly closed and ringing the bell did not help. In the last instruction they mentioned a key safe. "Our office is open until 5:00 PM. For late check-ins, keys will be left in a safe deposit box with the number 1722" we were there at 3pm. Inside were two keys with 21 on. We had no instructions on where to go or even the exact address of the property. The call button on portal did not work for us. With a lot of help from local people and concieges we eventually found the apartment. ( 4 tower blocks with 22 floors each) There were no intructions/wifi details at or any other information in the apartment.

The property was very clean and luxurious. However there were a few things that could have been finished off better. The building itself was beautiful.

To rent the property was very expensive, even though it’s a two bedroom it’s not set up to cater for 4 or 3 people. 2 seater sofa, 2 seats outside on the balcony. The pool was freezing all the time and everyone we spoke to said that was a big downside of renting there. We asked in advance if we could check in early but on arrival we waited and waited to be allowed in, we were finally told we could go in at 3.30!! We had been up since 1am so made the decision to go to the apartment anyway and the cleaner let us in. Not happy about that mess up.

The location was excellent. The space was lovely. The provision of sunshades for the beach was great. The facilities were great. It was very clean and presented well. It was a super apartment. The pool was lovely and the views from the balcony too.

The key pick up was not convenient albeit straightforward. The information provided on the handout in the flat was a bit slim; for example, it didn’t outline where to put the rubbish nor what level the pool was on.

Beautiful, well equipped, upmarket apartment with panoramic views in high gloss, marble and mirrors building complex a short walk from city centre and supermarkets. No. 8 bus to beaches runs from road near apartment. Very convenient for me as my mother lives nearby.

The pool area was a real disappointment. It is only 1 metre deep. Basically a very fancy and expensive paddling pool. Not suited for swimming. Also, 2 apartments are right on edge of pool complex so no privacy for them or for pool and garden users. The pool attracts children who are often unsupervised. I feel the developers have squandered a prime area of real estate and concentrated on aesthetics (for which they have won awards) but the city centre Love Island vibe lets the whole development down. The sunbeds are already looking tired and stained and there are no mattresses for them. What a waste of space.

The flat was spacious, clean and modern with soft towels and a lovely pool. We were also allowed early access which was ideal due to a cancelled flight.

Having to collect the keys from the office rather than the building. No coffee machine. The way the deposit bond was collected - we weren't allowed to enter the property until we have paid it but when booking it didn't give us a link to do so.

Amazing property, highly recommend staying Air conditioning is brilliant and it’s a 5-8 minute walk from the main square it’s just great. One of the best value for money apartments I have ever stayed in.

Only that we have to walk to somewhere else to get the key but we didn’t mind this as it allowed us to explore the city a bit more.

Nothing only one small thing a couple of extra balcony chairs would be helpful
