the pool was amazing! spent most our time there. bathroom was super aesthetic and mostly clean. bedsheets and towels were quite nice as well compared to other villas we have stayed at. staff were so awesome as well!! helped with our laundry were very great at communicating through whatsapp within a few minutes.

the main issue was no aircon in the main kitchen/lounge area, which i don’t believe we were informed of. it made the main area quite unusable for long periods to be honest. the beds were extremely hard also. shower/pool chairs could also be cleaner.

Such a beautiful place with amazing staff! Book it!! You will not regret it!!

The rooms were spacious & value for $

Due to flooding with our initial booking we had to select another villa with this host which was not this villa. Villa Jungle Rendez Vous was provided & unfortunately the sheets were dirty & property not as clean as expected on arrival. However this was rectified asap. We found that communication was lacking from the manager to staff on a couple of minor requests however manager was reasonably responsive. This villa was further from restaurants etc than we would have liked which was one of the only downfalls.

We spent the first part of our holiday in Bali in Ubud and Villa Ohana. The property itself was very nice and well maintained. The kids loved the pool with a glass window. The villa is quite a walk from the main shops and restaurants in Ubud (15 mins) and you'll need a torch in the evening to see where you're going. There are a couple of nice cafes that do breakfast and food nearby which saves a walk into Ubud itself, which we did a few times. If you want to venture into Ubud it's easy to book a taxi or moped using the Grab app.

Building work was going on next door which was quite noisy with music and general banging/drilling. We weren't told in advance which was disappointing of the agency. It meant any time spent in the garden/pool area wasn't very peaceful.

The villa has a very nice setting for 4 people. Swimming pool very long with window view. Rooms and bath room very comfortable with good decoration ambiance.

Next door was small construction works. The walls to the left and right could be also covered with green plants.
