Some weird policy where they call you early in the morning to clear the payment which can be easily cleared at checkout. They even ask to clear the payment by sending someone at your room, first time experiencing such a thing at a hotel. AC ducts keep making a weird loud noise in between, most of the balcony door locks don't work. No additional security lock given at the main entrance of room.
