Staff is very accommodating. The place is near by the tourist attraction. The price worth the place and amenities .

All is good with me while staying.

Desayuno regular. Inflan mucho los precios de lavandería y tuk tuk. La piscina cierra muy pronto.

La ubicación es buena y poco más a destacar.

Es un hotel muy viejo que está para reformar entero o para demolerlo.

Kim was absolutely lovely. She went out of her way to help us (even finding a witch doctor!) and security staff were also kind. The manager, who we only spoke to on the phone, was nice too. Kim really should be at the front desk.

The rest of the staff were rude — ignoring questions, laughing at us, and generally unfriendly. Money was another issue: prices changed daily (scooter ₱350 one day, ₱400 the next), tuk-tuks cost more than what was agreed at reception, and staff sometimes tried to keep the change while others distracted us. Very disappointing compared to the honesty we’ve experienced elsewhere in the country. The hotel itself is just okay: • Good location • Basic rooms with lots of ants • No cleaning unless requested, towels only if you ask at reception • Pool was nice but isn’t well maintained • Loud music nearby at night (earplugs available at the desk) Overall, this was not a good reflection of the wonderful Filipino hospitality we’ve experienced everywhere else. Kim, security, and the manager were the highlights, but the rest left a bad impression.

Has a parking space. Good location for bars and restaurant. Has a nearby convenience store and ATM.
