Staff were amazing

The sunset view, nothing else

Nothing worked, AC broke on day 1 and soaked the bed, which they didn’t clean up. 3 days to fix a shower head. Window fell out of housing. Wi-Fi terrible from about 1500-0700. Did not work, off then on, off then on the whole time. Very noisy bar and food stands playing loud music until well after midnight. Poor breakfast, no fruit or milk.

The location is good in the sense that it's central in San Juan. Staff was nice and helpful. The veggie breakfast with aubergine was good, nice to try something authentic.

It's rather noisy since it's situated across a bar that plays music and karaoke (the horror!) to late hours sometimes and there was also a lot of noise from the traffic outside. If you're a light sleeper, stay somewhere else.

Very strategic position in San Juan! Rooms are a good size.

The owner is very friendly

My friends and I liked it a lot! The staff were all kind and helpful to us. The place was clean and they serve good breakfast! We enjoyed hanging out by the pool at night. The location was also good.
