Beautiful apartment, well located

Few cleaning issues to start with & problems with heating in first day but the allure were quick to respond & sorted this.

New building ,large drawing dining, all facilities available,very close to main area

Very spacious property with high quality furniture and finishes and great views over the city

The whole place was great, WiFi at first didn’t work but someone came and sorted this out straight away

There’s wasn’t anything we didn’t like to be honest

Perfect location and the facilities were amazing. The apartment was even better than the photos and plenty of space for the 5 of us, we didn’t want to leave

Plenty of space for our family. Great location. Beautiful place to stay. All in our party were very impressed with the accomodation, leaving them wanting to return. Excellent communication from host.

A few minor issues, one of the sinks kept blocking and one was leaking but this did not affect our stay at all. It would have been great if the parking permit was included in the booking price rather than an extra cost. We have stayed in other apartments in Rydale house where the permit was part of the package.

The instructions were very clear, they need reading properly! There was a very helpful lady on reception.

In the kitchen it would have been helpful to have some pint glasses. One of the en Suites had a sink where the waste pipe was detached, so it couldn’t be used.

Fantastic , so comfortable , so luxurious. Would not stay anywhere else in york from now on , my family and I will come again this year . Love it

Would have been nice to have a christmas tree in apartment
