We loved how cosy the room is, the fact that you can watch TV on a rainy day from your bed or have a braai on your deck overlooking your lush garden. It is well equipped for self-catering and means this is perfect for longer stays. We stayed in winter but can imagine that the pool in summer must be amazing and we'll definitely come back to test it out! We also loved the the cats and dogs on the property visiting us, which really added to the 'home away from home' vibe of Loerieroep. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided are very nice which is unusual.

There was no soap in the bathroom so I had to use shower body wash to wash my hands. The towel rail was starting to break as it's poor quality and can't have anything heavy hanging on it.

Everything from the styling of the house to the design of the space and how it was spacious and open.

There was no glassware. The one's provided were plastic so we had to buy our own wine glasses
