Honestly, everything was almost perfect though the location is too far from the town but it has superb views but it is really the room that I didn't like, the bed sheets are not that clean; bed frame has sounds every time I move. The comfort room is not clean. I'm really really disappointed with their room, it's looks so old and dirty, not what I have expected. The price of the accommodation does not give justice when it comes to their room. It is really the room that they need to improve, otherwise people will have 2nd thought of coming back to their hotel. Since there are other accommodations with great views too and still affordable and offers pleasant room

Originally, we were given a room for a big group. But the room has that awful smell that I had to ask them to give us a different room. We were given 2 separate rooms which is okay. The heater in the bathroom does not work properly and washroom is not clean. Also, the location is a little bit far from the city. We didn’t have a car so booking a ride to get out is a hassle.

I dont like your time for breakfast because we stay there at 6:45 but the food serve 7am the location for the hotel its good and very silent and its near in the city if you ride taxi just only 150 to 180 pesos

We stayed at room 121 and there were used tissues hidden under the lavatory and beds when we came in. Linen looked used and a little dusty. Far from the city. You have to face moderate to heavy traffic every time you plan to go to and from Baguio proper.

The structure itself is very modern style.

The place is not friendly for the kids as so many steps to get into the room as well the viewing deck even they provided a viewing deck to give you a 360 degree view however it is very stiff and its not safe for kids. Also the reception service could have done it better if they have proper training on how to entertain the guest and atleast give some greeting with a smile and brief introduction about the property unlike my experience its like a guessing what should i do as they just look at me and wait for me to say i have booking.. Although the staff greets you all the time whenever you pass by but i think the service needs some improvement. Also, i understand that there is rule about check-in time and based on my experience in hotel booking they always entertained me to check-in early if the room is already available but in this case i have to wait for 30mins (imagine 30mins early only) before they entertain me about my booking and have been told to come back in 30mins. Also the room is not insulated as you hear people outside talking and laughing. And please note that the hotel is not accepting card payment, only cash payment which is disappointing and very surprising for this type of hotel you would expect better service. They have mini jazzuci but no water..hahaha.. In general i wont recommend this to my friends even they have a modern style structure. Its all about the hotel experience and it is not a good experience for me unfortunately.
