We had a very pleasant stay in La Spezia. The house was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood was nice and convenient, with easy access to the city center. Parking was available without any problems, which was a great advantage when traveling by car. The host was very helpful, responsive, and always available when needed. Overall, a comfortable and well-organized place to stay, and a good base for exploring La Spezia and the surrounding area like Cinque Terre.

Mieszkanie czyste, pakiet powitalny woda i słodkie bułeczki, miły gospodarz w dniu przyjazdu.

Apartament dwie sypialnie, duży hałas z ruchliwej ulicy, rozlatujący się i niebezpieczny czajnik elektryczny, stare meble i wyposażenie, ale wiedzieliśmy na co się pogodzimy, ważne, że było czysto. Opuściliśmy mieszkanie 10:05 z tego powodu gospodarz już nie był taki miły i uprzejmy jak w dniu przyjazdu, wręcz nie grzeczny. Radzę opuścić mieszkanie punktualnie 10:00.

La proximité avec les 5.terres et lieux touristique ,magasin et restaurant et la mer.

Appartement brillant par la route à proximité, surtout une chambre la nuit. Pas de canapé dans l appartement pour ce détendre le soir et parking étroit difficile à ce parquer avec une grosse voiture.

In casa c'era tutto l'occorrente per cucinare, tutto funzionante e lo spazio esterno è stato perfetto per una grigliata in famiglia. Supermercato raggiungibile a piedi.

La strada di accesso non è molto comoda ma la zona è tutta così e in ogni caso a parte la difficoltà nel fare manovre con una macchina grande ne vale la pena.
