I liked everything about the retreat.

Great balcony with unusual sound of birds it really shocked us. Thought we were in the middle of the jungle. Spacious rooms and comfortanle beds.

Did not like the bathroom

• Aufenthalt im Yasmin Ayurveda Resort war eine massive Enttäuschung • Kein Resort, sondern unhygienische Abfertigungsstation für Bus-Touristen Hygiene & Unterkunft: • Verdreckte, eklige Toiletten • Verschimmelte Zimmer • Braune/verfärbte Türen • Staubige, ungepflegte Flure (besonders Seitenflügel) • Gereinigt wird nur, was oberflächlich sichtbar ist Organisation & Management: • Interne Kommunikation praktisch nicht existent • Fokus ausschließlich auf Massenabfertigung • Busse voller Tagesgäste: rein – zahlen – raus Ayurveda nur dem Namen nach: • Ayurveda-Ärztin nur relevant, solange sie persönlich anwesend ist • Konsultationen werden nicht dokumentiert oder intern weitergegeben • Niemand wusste nach der ersten Massage, welches Öl empfohlen wurde • Trotz Hautproblemen wurden beliebige 08/15-Produkte verwendet • Billig riechende Aloe-Vera-Massenware und stark stinkendes rotes Öl Absolutes No-Go zum Schluss: • Nach sachlicher Beschwerde wurde der zugesagte Shuttle um 23 Uhr nicht geschickt • Offensichtlich Reaktion auf Kritik • Spontanes Uber notwendig, Flug fast verpasst.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts. We came here straight from the airport off a long haul flight and it was the perfect place to rest. It is near the beach, a five minute tuktuk away and lots of restaurants and bars. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The spa services were easy to book and very relaxing. Everything was clean and facilities great. Very highly recommend!

On a positive note, the massages were wonderful, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but there were several issues in the room. There were many mosquitoes, the blanket provided for covering was torn and had holes, and the towels were also worn and damaged. We asked about early check-in and were informed that it would cost 700 Sri Lankan rupees for each additional hour. However, at the reception we were told that an extra 10% tax is added. I believe such charges should be clearly communicated from the beginning when asking about prices.

マッサージ終わった部屋から自分の部屋までが近くて楽だった。 飛行場まで早朝でも30分で着くので良かった。

シャワーの出が悪かった。

ホテルのデザイン、立地、スタッフの対応が最高でした。 部屋の前のバルコニーで朝食を食べられること、プールが別棟にあってのびのび過ごすことができることが素晴らしかったです。部屋がすごく広くて快適でした。 朝からすぐにアーユルベーダが受けられるのも魅力的。

お湯の量が弱く、湯がぬるかった。 バスローブがないのでナイトウエアが必要。 シーツが少し汚れていた。 蚊や虫が室内に入ってくるのは仕方ないが、虫除けを置いておいてくれると良いと思った。 外国人なので、水はペットボトルがあると嬉しい。
