Lovely Chorlton Flat! 5 Seconds to Bus Stop & 2 Minutes to Tram Station

absolutely lovely flat, comfortable, clean and great location. Lovely living room and kitchen too and such comfortable beds

parking is a challenge but it's n a great bus and tram route that a car isnt necessary!

This place is clean and genuine. Smells nice and everywhere was spotless. It's an apartment block of only 4 apartments and there are no noisy neighbours. Heaters and showers are really good and the water pressure is excellent. The property has a nice view from the lounge. The beds are very comfy and both bedrooms have double beds. Boiler room can be used as a storage cupboard for your luggage if you are looking to store them. The property itself has a nice deco to it. Just outside the property there is a chicken and chips shop with few other shops across the road and a restaurant at the edge of the road. The location is Convenient to all areas of Manchester since there is a bus stop on the street. Takes about 15mins drive to Manchester Trafford centre.

We stayed for 2 nights. This is just a suggestion!!! It would have been nice to have a welcome pack that explains everything both inside and outside of the property that you want the guest to know. The property itself is on a main road with double yellow line. However, there is lots of free parking at the next turn of the Morrison petrol station which is less than 30 meters from the apartment. The apartment could have benefitted from blackout curtains or blinds. The blinds in there are not black out and the sun gets into the room waking you up early. This probably wouldn't be an issue during the winter season. A standing fan would have been good during the summer times since the weather is hot. Since the property is on a main we didn't open the window when going to bed for fresh air due to vehicle noise. We also requested spare bedding and towels just incase we needed one but this was declined. This is totally understood and I believe the cost of cleaning is calculated. However, it would have been nice to have that piece of mind to change bedding and towels incase my partner squirts. But it wasn't needed which was good.
