No me gusta no es lo que pone

Everything was ok, but only ok – overall more of a 2-star experience. The real highlight, however, were the boys at the bar: always friendly, fast, and in a great mood. They truly made a difference and were a delight during our stay.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. Food: The buffet was very repetitive, with more or less the same dishes every day. Rooms: The rooms are clearly worn down, the bed was extremely hard, and overall maintenance is lacking. Staff & Service: The staff were not openly rude, but also not friendly or attentive. In the drinks area of the dining hall, they were often on their phones, rarely proactive, and reacted annoyed when asked for basics. Milk in the coffee machines and juices were frequently missing and not refilled in time. Beach & Facilities: The beach itself could use much better cleaning. The so-called beach bar was very poor, and sunbeds, pillows, and tables across the hotel were often dirty or badly maintained. Playground & Safety: The playground is falling apart and unsafe – during our stay, a little girl was injured because the roof of one of the small houses collapsed. Overall, the hotel leaves the impression of neglect and poor management. With better maintenance, staff training, and safety standards, this place could improve a lot – but as it is now, I cannot recommend it.

Am ales acest hotel pentru conceptul de all inclusive, însă experiența nu a fost la nivelul așteptărilor. Serviciile sunt limitate și lasă de dorit pentru un pachet care ar trebui să ofere confort și diversitate. Piscina, care ar trebui să fie punctul central de relaxare, era adesea murdară, cu nisip și frunze, ceea ce a creat un disconfort vizibil. Din păcate, aceste aspecte au afectat calitatea sejurului și nu reflectă standardele pe care le aștepți atunci când plătești pentru un all inclusive.
