Aesthetically Pleasing: The villa looks beautiful from the outside with good architecture and a spacious layout. Pet-Friendly: There's a large open area for pets to run around freely. Our pets had a great time. Ample Parking: No issues with parking; there’s more than enough space for multiple vehicles. Seasonal Stay: The place might be more suitable for cooler weather—ideal for winters or rainy season. Well-Stocked Kitchen: The kitchen cutlery and essentials are good enough if you’re planning to cook your own meals.

Lacks Basic Amenities: No toiletry kits were provided, which is a basic expectation for any stay. No AC in Main Hall: The huge hall gets extremely hot and there’s no air conditioning provided there. Power Cut Troubles: Bedroom ACs shut down during power cuts, making it hard to deal with the heat. Fan Issues: Fan regulator was not adjustable. With an infant in tow, this was a serious issue—our baby started wheezing due to the full-speed fan. Misleading Sleeping Arrangements: The sofa-cum-bed in the hall is placed in a corner with no ceiling fan, only a weak table fan. It was too hot to sleep there. We had to ask for extra beds, which were chargeable. Pet Cleaning Charges Unjustified: They charge per pet per day for cleaning, but nobody came for cleaning even once during our stay. Unpleasant Staff Interaction: The lady managing the property was bossy. She entered our room without asking to close windows and questioned us about leaving the kitchen lights on. Unclean Linens: Quilts had visible stains. They were washed but not clean. To their credit, they did agree to replace them. Dirty Kitchen: Utensils were oily and had a foul smell. We also found cockroaches in the spoon tray and had to wash everything before use—not suitable for cooking, especially with a baby. Aquaguard Leak: The water filter was leaking while filling water, causing puddles on the floor. Bathroom Issues: One shower didn’t work, and both hand showers were leaking. No Cleaning Tools: There was no broom or any cleaning supplies—something we really needed with a pet and a small baby. Expired Food Items: Found unopened bread, opened milk packets, and masalas—all expired. Clearly, the kitchen is not properly maintained. Dirty Kettle: The electric kettle was grimy and had to be thoroughly cleaned before use.
