We took a short walk of less than 10 minutes to have breakfast at Kampung Taman Sedia. There is a dedicated parking space for one car. Additional vehicles may be parked across the road. Our unit also faces the golf course, so simply open the sliding door to enjoy the lush green view and beautiful sunrise.
One of the three sliding door panels is slightly stuck and cannot be fully closed, leaving a gap of about half an inch. Cooking facilities are not available; guests can only reheat food using the microwave provided. One of the bathroom doors appears to be due for replacement. The bathroom floor can become quite slippery when wet, so extra caution is needed. The sofa, ironing board, and curtains seem worn and could benefit from replacement.

Nice layout and location. The unit with a golfview having 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom. Clean house and the beddings are comfortable, clean with nice smell.
The sofa worn out and dining chair are cheap material that are quite soft to sit on.
