A perfect place to unwind and relax. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach, set in a peaceful, natural environment. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Ideal for anyone looking to escape the crowds and enjoy some quiet time.

The location is excelent, next to the beach and restaurants, there is also good cafe on the same street

It’s a good location to reach 2 different beaches that can be easily reached by foot. There are good restaurants also within walking distance. A family member offers surfing lessons that were enjoyed by all.

The family room has a bathroom with no ventilation or draining so you are always in a puddle when using it. Insects can easily enter although beds have reliable screens and there’s AC. The biggest issue we had was when we arrived and needed change to pay the driver. We were given by the host part of the amount back for the taxi. In a very awkward check out they claimed we owed the amount we were “given”, as if we were loaned the cash and then they tried to accuse us a second time we underpaid. I grudgingly paid the disputed amount knowing I was getting taken. Never saw anything like this in entire trip in lovely Sri Lanka. Breakfast was expensive compared with other places where it’s most often included. It was good tasting.

Peaceful location in a beautiful garden setting. Spacious room with kitchenette and bathroom. Delicious home cooked meals. Walking distance to beaches. Away from hustle and bustle. Other local and upmarket restaurants nearby.

Beautiful family. Nothing was too much trouble. I also booked Sri Lankan breakfast. Roshanee was amazing cook and daughter Nethu was very helpful with directions and information about local area. Silent Villa is little gem.

The place is in between a small group of homes. Its basic but beautiful and the jungle is surrounding everything. The beach is just a staircase away and clean and amazing. Most importantly is the welcoming and caring host family. They cooked everyday the most delicious breakfast and were loving and welcoming, almost treating us like family. They wanted to make the stay the best expierience and were succeding in doing so. Warm hearted, helpful and charming in a personal and very unique way. Loved every second of our stay and we highly recommend everyone who looks for an authentic expierience to stay with the beautiful family.

It was perfect, no complaints

The room was perfect with a lovely little kitchen and a very short walk from beautiful silent beach. It was extremely quiet and we could not have asked for more accommodating hosts.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The home is spacious, clean, quiet and in a great location. We enjoyed it so much we tried to book for the following week but unfortunately was not available. The family helped us rent motorbikes, did our washing and made us breakfast treats and pots of coffee. Perfect, perfect, perfect!
