Slow return of bond money and comunication poor still no receipt for stay as asked for

Lovely flat and perfect location for us as we had an event at the NEC.

I had a wonderful stay at Stylish Luxury Solihull Flat! The apartment is exactly as described – modern, clean, and very cozy. The bed was super comfortable, the furniture and appliances are all top quality, and there were lots of nice little touches that made it feel like home. The area is quiet and safe, with shops and public transport nearby. The host was friendly and always available if I needed anything. Perfect place for both business and leisure – highly recommended!

Clean, nice comfortable apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Bed was really comfortable for me, which is the most important as I have ongoing health problems. Landord gives quick replies if I had any questions. I stayed in this apartment before and came back again as I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, good service and facilities. Close to Solihull train station and shopping area.

Sofa is a really light colour, could do with a cover or deep clean but was comfortable other than that.

Clean, well decorated decent size with all the appliances one would need plates, utensils, pans and washing liquid etc.. Bed was very comfortable with good thick mattress. Good size smart tv with freeview. Apartment is set a lttle bit back from the car park so was not noisy. Close to station and Solihull City Centre. All in all a comfortable and relaxing stay. Good contact from agent before arrival and pretty happy with the service.

Sofa was light coloured hence understandably a little stained, would benefit from covers or throws but did not effect me too much.

The modern and clean rooms are well-arranged and decorated in green to give a refreshing feeling during your stay.

There was an issue with a key but 1 phone call and was resolved fast everything about the flat was great nice spacious size for the two of us lovely bed amazing nights sleep

I only stayed the night looking forward to staying again

The location was the only thing that was good about this property. Near the station and town.

BLOOD – NO INTERNET – NO HEATING Only in the eyes of an estate agent would flat 100, at 548 Streetsbrook Road, Solihull be described as a stylish luxury flat. It is gloomy, even during the day, and lighting is required. 1. Filled with cheap grubby furniture, foam mattress, and cheap pillows. 2. No bath or tea towels available, later found in the washing machine wet. 3. Discarded food left in the kitchen cupboard and freezer. 4. No internet or TV, as BT service wasn't working. 5. Disguised blood stains found on duvet cover and pillow. 6. Filthy mattress cover. We had to go into town to buy all new bedding. 7. No heating available, therefore no way to dry wet towels. 8. This property is managed from over a hundred miles away, which is not good.
