I booked a Bed & Breakfast which this property is not. It’s an Airbnb brokered by Booking .com as a B&B. No breakfast was made, no housekeeping, terrible communication with host. Breakfast was just enough coffee pods for our stay and a basket of individualy packed buns.

The owners are very nice and helpful. The room is clean, with everything you may need available. The location is perfect, close to the center, the shops and restaurants.

Everything about the place was great. The location is perfection, the apartment was very clean, and it has everything we needed.

The location is perfect. We found milk, juice and water in the fridge , which was nice, but may be because it was bed and breakfast. I wouldn't name it breakfast as there was a bow of cakes, packed croissants and biscuits which I guess were named breakfast. The place is nice, the beds are comfortable. The coffee machine makes very good coffee

The breakfast was not what I expected and it smelled a bit like someone smoked inside before

The cleanness, 50 m from Basilica in old city center . I am coming every year to this place and for me it’s very important to pray and to stay there

The host she was the baddest in my such great experience for traveling . I asked her permission if my friend from Rome will come to join me for 1 night and how better to pay - she said to me - no any problem - she can pay difference for second person directly in the hotel . But when I checked it was extra only 7€ per night , but she took from her 50€ by cash without any receipt from her side including charge 2€ per night for both of us , because she came earlier than me . I was very surprised when she said to me how much she paid for extra to stay with only 1 night ! And when I asked her can I pay for extra few hours or to get late check out - because she has got from us much more money than it was on booking . I wanted just to keep my luggage, because I stayed all this morning in Basilica .she said to me to pay again extra 60€ for 4 hours , but it was almost price per 1 night this day 69€ total per night ) . I said to her no, I am not ready ti pay again such big amount and did ask her about late check out than . She started to scream at me , she said to me go out at night now , she started to talk to me in Italian to say me I don’t speak English . After that she told me I will call to booking now to tell them you made me problems . I was in shock . And after that she said to me don’t call me anymore and tomorrow go at 10-30 from apartment. It’s unbelievable how she can behave to my like this , because I just tell her she claim our money more than I can pay on booking difference - for 1 hues more . When I saw she has Ukrainian number- I realized why . But it shouldn’t be like this - I paid her money and did not do anything bad . But she gave me problems and not comfortable stay in my lovely place in Bari this time . I was so upset . From the morning - I took all my luggage and left at 9-50 a.m . I don’t wanted even to see her . By the way she deleted all our topic by what’s from herself and blocked me . Can you imagine for that ?

The bed and pillows were the most comfortable of any stay I have had in Italy! The AC keeps the space perfectly cool, making returning to the room refreshing. It was also perfectly central in Bari Vecchia.

Fantastic location in a little alleyway in the old town. Comfortable bed and facilities to make food yourself if you wanted (hob, fridge, pans etc) Great, quick communication from the friendly owner. Would definitely stay again.

communication with the owner, luggage cannot be left, although in one of the questions the owner answered that it is possible, ants are everywhere, a lot of dusty decor, and there is no iron, there are no shower products, strong smell of dampness

The location is fantastic. You are in the heart of the old town, but there are no noises at night, so you sleep well. The host is very kind. Everything is clean and tidy. The neighbors are kind as well.

The property was lovely and clean.
