What a view! Rachael and Ron are wonderful hosts who share one of the most breathtaking places we've stayed in to date. Cliffside, adjacent to the lighthouse land, with beer sipping, cookie thieving Wekas to boot! This is paradise. The property is very tidy, cabin is comfortable and romantic, just right for a long weekend or week's stay.

An incredible situation for this cosy log cabin, and the hosts were really, really nice. We loved sitting at the little table overlooking the sea and watching the waves rolling in. You could access the beach and there was a seal colony an hour's walk away which was well worth a visit. So chilled, we did not want to leave.

Fridge could be bigger

Fabulous location overlooking the ocean. A very cute compact off grid cottage in the grounds of the main house, only a few minutes from the beach and the lighthouse. Ron was very welcoming.

Awkward to go to the seperate kitchen shed in the pouring rain. I did miss a hairdryer.

A beautifully appointed little cabin that had the most relaxing and soothing vibe. Spectacular views out across the bay. Close to the lighthouse and the coastal walk and cycle trail. We stayed in the hight of summer when it was hot and calm but I can imagine it would be so cozy in the cooler months with the little fire burning and the wildness of the westcoast outside. Would like to have stayed for longer.

If you are large people you could find the cabin a bit tight!
