Casa Alegria Beach Apartment

The property was in a new building, very well furnished and spacious. There are 3 bedrooms with private bathroom & toilets. It is comfortable. It is literally beachfront. The beach is very clean & very good for swimming. It is located in a very central area, market is only a few minutes away by walk. Also not far from Grand Baia that has a lot of shops around. The owner was very kind.

There wasnt any soap in the bathrooms (We checked in very late so we couldnt find an opportunity to buy sth) we waited until morning to clean our hands. i think that there should be small soaps at least even if this is not a hotel. The flat seemed clean; but we had insect bites many times until i use repellent (deet contained insect chemical). I told this to the owner in the last night with a hope to change the sheets; but she couldn’t help. I took off the sheets and duvet cover so i could sleep well without any bites. Maybe its better to change cleaning company.

L'appartement est très grand et très agréablement meublé et décoré. Nous avons passé une semaine a profiter d'aller sur la plage à 2 min à pied. Une aide ménagère venait tous les deux jours, c'était idéal avec le sable que nous ramenions de la plage. C'est aussi idéalement situé, il y a des restaurants, un supermarché, des clubs de plongées... tout ce dont on a besoin autour sans avoir à se déplacer.

Le seul petit point négatif est la fermeture du la porte d'accès à la plage à 17h30, nous faisions régulièrement le tour par la plage publique pour rentrer à notre appartement.

On a tout aimé ! Emplacement avec parking privé surveillé et accès direct à la plage par portillon et douche extérieure dans le jardin pour se rincer ; les 3 chambres avec pour chacune sa douche à l’italienne spacieuse et toilette; très grande pièce de vie avec grande terrasse , grande table et salon extérieur. Climatisation et brasseur d’air dans chaque chambre. Très bon accueil et meilleur rapport qualité/prix que j’ai nous avons eu depuis ces 10 dernières années. Merci 🙏

The kitchenware did not factor the amount of guest that you cater for. Cleaning of apartment should be set days and time and more frequent. Linen to be changed more frequently as it was in the middle of summer. Recommendation Provide Tea, coffee sugar and milk for the first day

Good location and nice modern design / decor

Limited hot water available; it appears the heat pump wasn’t functioning properly.
