Very clean, proximity to city centre

There’s a night club / bar which plays very loud music late into the night. My apartment was facing the side where the night club is. No aircon in the bedrooms- the blow fan made very little impact on the unbearable heat. Curtains do not block out light and don’t fully cover the top part of the window. Light from the city flood lights made it difficult to fall asleep as the room was full of light.
