Verdure Lotus Classic Cruise on Lan Ha Bay

The cruise was smaller and quieter than many others, which made the atmosphere much more relaxing. The kayaking activity around Dark & Bright Cave was absolutely beautiful. Paddling through the calm water surrounded by limestone mountains felt unreal. We even saw local fishermen passing by in small boats. Cruise Staff was incredibly welcoming and always made sure guests were comfortable during the trip.

The journey felt too short because the scenery was so beautiful.

C’était une croisière familiale donc c’était sympa. Une nuit suffit. Le capitaine et le staff ont été très sympa.

Notre chambre était coller au moteur et à la cuisine, il y avait beaucoup de bruit, ma douche était casser la porte de la douche ne se fermait pas… niveau infrastructure le bateau a besoin d’un petit coup de neuf.

Apart from Daniel, crew manager, very young and doing his best, the crew weren't very friendly or engaging..I understand language barriers but a smile would be nice. All felt rushed, like they couldn't wait to get you on and off boat, through meals, so they could have their own party. Happy hour sunset with no music??? Nice spring roll making. Meals were average, at best and all arrived cold. Staff really need training. Not a lot of cruising, here to there and back again. Day trip was best part.

Super croisière 2 jours 1 nuit, le programme et l’organisation étaient au top ! Bateau à taille humaine ce qui fait le charme du séjour. Plusieurs options en termes de nourritures : du local et plus occidental pour ravir chacun. L’intérieur des chambres est moderne et les vues sont imprenables sur la baie ! Les activités sont intéressantes mais assez rapides. Une mention spéciale pour le personnel qui a été au petit soin, très aidant !

Excellent attentive staff, beautiful food and a relaxing experience.

Would have been nice to having an itinerary in the rooms to keep track of the activities and times.

Hoang - very good and friendly guide. English was good was able to understand and gave briefing whenever and wherever required.

The rooms were fantastic! Big rooms with clean sheets and a massive balcony. Nice host, Peter, who went out of his way to entertain us and give us information. Great activities like kayaking, bamboo boat ride are included. Speed boat also organised at an extra charge, which is highly recommended.

Bathrooms were a bit dated. Also, food definitely needs improvement. They got the Vietnamese food right and we would suggest that they do more Vietnamese food than continental and other cuisine.

Crociera davvero suggestiva nella baia di Ha Long, camere spaziose e pulite con balcone ed una vista meravigliosa, pulizia eccellente e cibo buono. Nelle due mezze giornate abbiamo potuto fare kayak ed un giro tra gli isolotti ed in una grotta a Lan Ha Bay, oltre che alcune attività a bordo previste nel pacchetto (nulla di eccezionale ma comunque carine). Staff molto gentile e disponibile.

La pensione completa non include nessuna bevanda, nemmeno l'acqua, ed acquistarle a bordo è decisamente più caro rispetto ai prezzi che si trovano sulla terra ferma. Trovata molto commerciale, come l'happy hour proposto a bordo, che a nostra insaputa prevedeva un cocktail gratis ogni due ordinati. Nel complesso però rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buono.
