When I reach there, he said foreigners not allowed. So rude. We just wanted to have a shower to catch our next flight. He said cannot let foreigners stay

Terrible service. We have to walk long to find another hotel. Can you please take this hotel out from booking.com

They refused to let me check in because am a foreigner

After confirming my booking online , they refused to check me in because am a foreigner, It was late at night almost 11 pm. It was my first time in India and don’t know the language, without a place to stay . The worst experience ever
