Acosta restaurant and coral restaurant service is just teribble, they always forget something, never fill drings, fotget children orders and so on and In general service level in hotel is very bad. Everything you have to ask 10 times.

It’s hard to find the right words for this place — we had an incredible stay. The views are breathtaking, and the design (both inside and outside) is really unique and beautiful. The staff truly made the experience special. We were celebrating our birthdays, and they surprised us with cake and champagne in our room, plus little thoughtful gestures throughout the day, which we truly appreciate. Everything was spotless, rooms cleaned perfectly every day, and even in the off-season all facilities were well maintained. The pools were perfectly clean, and there was a heated one available too. Great food, amazing atmosphere, and a really relaxing stay. We’d definitely love to come back!

What a beautiful hotel, the grounds are stunning and immaculate. Our room was really spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens with a view of the sea in the distance. My daughter was impressed with the gym and we enjoyed both Padel and Pickle Ball. The staff were friendly and welcoming with a special mention to Jessica who stood out and the new young pool attendants who started on 1st April who you could see were wanting to make an impression. The breakfasts were fantastic, lots of variety and quality produce. Sadly we found the food not 5 star level in the restaurants that we dinned in, mainly A Costa, particularly our last meal which really wasn’t great. The Caesar salad seemed like all the Parmesan from the whole hotel had been dropped on it, it was far too much, so much so it put my daughter off and the club sandwich I had was not great at all with bits of gristle in the turkey putting me off and the fries were extremely salty (and I love salt). The prices are on the high side and being 5 star you expect to be impressed with the food. Also 2 nights we had complementary bread two nights we didn’t and had to pay for it. We’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world and sadly food wise this was not to the same level for us. One other thing to add, as I mention the grounds are stunning however at the bottom of the steps to the beach you are met with an area with lots of rubbish, broken glass, broken door etc, and rather messy areas behind the hut. I’m not sure if it’s the hotel’s responsibility but it looked a mess and definitely not like it looks in the promo photo which is a real shame All in all for us it’s a shame as we 100% would have come back if it wasn’t for how we felt about the food and why the review lost a star for us.

Breakfast was unreal - absolutely delicious and beautiful. The property is so gorgeous and relaxing. I wish i could have stayed for a month! We enjoyed a massage in the beautiful spa, my daughter loved the gym, the beach is exceptional and we ate at both restaurants that were open (off season).

I enjoyed getting lots of steps in but if you have trouble with mobility be aware that the property is very spread out and there are cobblestone paths. The pools were not heated other than one small pool near the spa but it was still only March. This was all fine as the experience was fabulous! I would highly recommend this to anyone.
