GOLDEN HILL HOMESTAY WAYANAD

🛋 Room: small but tidy, it has 2 double bed and private bathroom. Soap and toothpaste were provided. On the 1st floor of a rural house, the view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. ☀🌴 🏠 The location: The house is in the middle of farming fields. All around beautiful nature, flowers and jungle. Great to relax and enjoy some peace. 🌸 👤 People: They made the true highlight of my stay! Unfortunaly the host does not speak English, but this did not prevent us to communicate. He showed me around and he put me in touch with his nephew, that organized a car trip to visit the hallmarks of the area: Tholpetty Wild Life Sanctuary Banasura Sagar Dam Banasuramala Waterfalls Kabini River Island It was a lot of fun... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 🌟 My stay there was too short. I can't wait to visit again, and spend more time with some of the kindest, most genuine and generous people I have met in India. Thank you. 🙏

Only 2 weakponts 1. It is a bit isolated (that can be seen as good thing, actually): keep in mind that a Auto is required to get to the closer urban area. Ask the owner to call one for you. 2. No Wi-Fi. Otherwise it would make for the perfect place for Nomad workers.
