I'm a solo traveller from Papua New Guinea, I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. My first impression of the staff was very good. They're very hospitable and friendly. On my way to the hotel i dropped my phone in the taxi before it left, i alerted the hotel staff and they helped me retrieve my phone in no time by calling the company taxi. For that i'm more than greatful. The rooms are standard and worth the cost. Located at a central location close to Night Markets, Department stores and ATMs. I recommend Parkside Star hotel for travellers on budget planning to visit Waena on leisure or business trips.
