Beautifully presented Victorian Apartment within walking distance to Llandudno beach

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Had everything you need for your stay. Its in the centre of Llandudno town centre, perfect location. We are booking again definitely

Great location. This is the second time I have stayed here and will return. A lovely flat and dog friendly.

Great location

Lack of amenities ie no tea, coffee, milk, soap, shampoo etc. very basic amenities and noisy. Car parking information was inaccurate as we found it difficult to find a park, however they said on street parking was available.

Not being able to open any windows , or lift the blinds up.

Well kept property from what we saw!!

Didn’t want to leave a bad review but had no choice……..We Arrived for a long weekend to find fairground rides directly on the road outside the property. We Had not been made aware of the event beforehand by the landlord. Messaged them when we arrived to ask about parking and still no mention that the road was blocked off due to the fair being outside. Once inside the building the noise was horrendous, loud music, flashing lights, a tannoy system and screaming from these said rides, all of which l had video evidence of. I called the owner who then informed us of the event which was going to be there for the whole of our stay. She then said that she thought we would of known about it!! Clearly not as we would not of booked this property. She then said that it was only on between the hours of 12-6 and asked would we not be going out at these times sightseeing! You don’t book accommodation to be told when and at what times not to be in the room! All we wanted was to chill for the weekend but clearly we couldn’t do that at this property. I advised that we would be leaving and going home. I was issued a refund of £90 ( which is not even half of what we paid) plus we wasted 3 hours travelling and fuel costs incurred. We have been in touch with booking.com who have confirmed that it is the responsibility of the property to advise beforehand if any disruption will occur during your stay, we were not informed. I have tried several times to contact the owner for further details and have been ignored so will now proceed with court proceedings as we have no alternative to recover the remaining money for the booking.

Spacious, clean and everything you could need for a break away.

Location very close to bars & nightclub which were noisy at weekend, and disturbance from apartment above. No fault of our hosts.

Very clean, great location. Loved the place.

Unsecured back area, luckily I checked before my dog went out, this should be in the description.
