Beautiful location. Red squirrels and deer right outside our pod. Very peaceful and easy to find. Very modern inside with great facilities. Also very easy to check in and out

Couldn't do barbecue

The place was beautiful and the cabin was very well put together.

They didn't have a big bowl to use for salads or pasta- basically a large enough recipient for food for three people.

Es war toll, dass wir inmitten der Natur übernachten konnten und wir in der Nacht Eulen und am Tag Kaninchen, Vögel und Eichhörnchen sahen. Es war sehr ruhig und die Unterkunft war gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe war ein schöner Spielplatz.

Wir waren zu dritt in der Standardkabine untergebracht. Wir empfanden das als zu klein und eng. Besonders das Doppelbett für 2 Erwachsene war sehr eng. Die Decke ist auch zu klein gewesen. Äußerst schade fanden wir, dass in der Nacht draußen überall Lichterketten leuchteten und auch in der Unterkunft diverse Lichter leuchteten von verschiedenen Geräten. Es war also sehr hell in der Nacht. Schlafen war wirklich nicht erholsam, wenn es dann möglich war. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr sparsam. Es gab nur 1 Geschirrtuch. Der Topf mit der Beschichtung war zerkratzt. Der Wasserkocher war innen nicht sauber.

Lovely location with the back drop of forest. Nice and clean. Had two sofa beds available. The shop is 5 mins walk into the village . Really lovely restaurant over there as well. Play park is also 4 to 5 mins walk only. Suitable more for slightly older kids. Having proper fire pit was a huge bonus. My kids loved it. Since we had 2 &4 yr old with us we ended up going to Aviemore most of the days. We went to Highland wildlife park, Highland Hairy coo safari experience at Rothiemurchus , Coylumbridge hotel fun house. Overall it was a great experience for us, we really loved it.

If u have got luggage bags then it was slightly inconvenient to keep them. May be bit more facilities in kitchen cooking oil and things like that would have been better. There was salt and pepper.
