AUGreat location between Burnt Pine village and the Kingston historic sites and Emily Beach. The house has an excellent amount of space, large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful location and garden. The large outdoor covered deck with BBQ is a beautiful place to enjoy meals. Lisa, the owner is extremely helpful. Our grandchildren loved the house.
The kitchen is the only area where improvements could be made. The dishwasher didn’t work well and not enough dishwasher detergents were provided. Similarly, no Jay cloths or scourers were provided and the dishwasher brush was old and worn. However, on the positive side there was a good selection of spices and oils etc based on a pay it forward system!

No fly screen on main double doors. Needed this open for cooling, but then bugs would get in. When we showered there was a sewerage smell.

AUWatermill Beach house suited our 3 generation holiday perfectly! The outdoor sitting dining area was so relaxing as we watched the birds in the garden. The location was brilliant with an easy drive or walk for the energetic amongst us to Emily Bay.
AUAUReally thoughtful host, the house itself was beautiful in a stunning location. Grounds were amazing. Rooms were spacious and house certainly large enough for a big group without feeling cramped. Wifi was a huge bonus. Would highly recommend.
