Niken Beachfront Tulum Hotel

Beautiful hotel located in the quieter part of the hotel zone which we preferred. The room was gorgeous and spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff were so friendly and charming. I would definitely go back.

Superschön! Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer - ein Knaller! Der Pool ist hübsch. Frühstück lecker, 15 min zur Grande Cenote - sehr empfehlenswert!

Leider hatten wir viele Braunalgen, obwohl es erst Ende März war. Es ist trotzdem schön am Strand, aber es könnte soooo viel toller sein, wenn die nicht wären. Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall!

The room attendants were incredible! We came back to a pristine room every afternoon. My daughter loved the pool and the volleyball court. We chatted about how great this property would be if we still had a little kid who napped. Our room had private beach chairs, a hammock and an outdoor couch and it would be so easy to be at the beach, and then come back to your private outdoor area during naps and then go back to your beach beds again after. The food and drinks were pretty good. The room was a great size and we all loved waking up to look at the sunrise through the window. We would absolutely come back to this property.

There were a few things about the property that needed repaired or replaced. Our private hammock had a giant tear, the bean bag covers on the beach were tattered, and a loose board with a screw sticking up on our patio that someone definitely could get hurt on. Overall the property was great, but a few small repairs would go a long way in making the property feel fresher.

Excellent rooms with easy access to the beach. Great location with lot of restaurants and cafés near by. Amazing staff to take care of you. Best place to relax and enjoy.

We really appreciated the fantastic welcome and great service from the lovely people there - nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely and the terrace was gorgeous, right on the beach with fabulous views. It was great to be able to use all the facilities after we'd checked out - which meant we spent a few idyllic hours at the beach club before our trip to the airport and home. We were also given complimentary breakfast during our stay - a nice surprise!

The coffee was terrible (though it was effectively free with the free breakfast!) - recommend Bipolar Cafe down the road for its fab flat whites. The shower pressure was sometimes not great.
