Spacious and beautiful house

The apartment was truly spacious, comfortable, clean, and full of conveniences, including a sandwich grill, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The location was convenient for us and a few blocks from public transport that could take us to Piraeus or Athens. There was on-street parking in the neighborhood, sometimes closer to the apartment than others. There's a great bakery almost across the street and a cafe exactly across the streets, as well as various grocery stories nearby. The location is fairly quiet, being on a side street (as long as one doesn't mind some church bells, which I liked to hear). The host was promptly responsive to messages via Booking.com's email system.

A few minor repairs were needed, but not for anything crucial or really bothersome. The biggest annoyance, for me, was that a neighbor's cigarette smoke kept getting into the (nonsmoking) apartment through the necessarily open bathroom window and/or other windows and the AC--but that's a hazard of being in a city, not really a flaw with the apartment. The host is considering ways to overcome that.

A clean and cosy apartment, we were with 3 kids on the way and found the flat spacious enough. Tram and metro in 5 minutes walk distance. We appreciated very much the hospitality of Konstantinos as well.

The property was amazingly clean and spacious. It was very convenient to public transportation and several close by coffee shops shops and restaurants within walking distance. This property was as hands down the best place for our family

The location was excellent was near to the football Stadium we were attending, next to the Metro station only 7 min walk...and 10 min walk from the local port and beach which was very scenic full of bars and Tavernas. Kostas was excellent...the perfect Host and extremely helpful if we had any queries...re local shops and cafes and would kindly do anything to make our stay more comfortable...including helping us set up the smart tv. Thank you Kostas you were amazing!!

Unfortunately we were unaware that due to celebrating Easter and Holy days many of the food stores were closed Mon and Tues for Bank Holiday.

Good location, near metro station, free parking on the street. Kostas is very good guy, he inform you about everything and he wants to help what ever you need...Apartment have all what you need...

Sugestion, about internet connection, it must be better...

We found everything we needed in this apartment. We host is really helpful and gave lots of good advice. Apartment is clean and cosy and has a terrace where you can enjoy your evening quite private. The location is good you can reach everything easily with metro and buses.

Sometimes there was noice in the mornings, but we didn’t sleep for long so it wasn’t a big problem for us.
