Busan Centum Victoria hotel

Stanza molto spaziosa e hotel ben collegato con la metro.

Purtroppo (essendo periodo di concerto BTS) il prezzo dell'hotel era superiore di 5 volte rispetto alla norma. Addirittura al check in (sono arrivata un'ora prima delle 15) mi è stato detto che la stanza era pronta, ma che se volevo accedervi avrei dovuto pagare a ore l'ingresso anticipato. Il bagno era pieno di capelli neri sparsi un po' ovunque, un'attenzione in più per la pulizia sarebbe stata doverosa considerando i 260 euro spesi per una sola notte.

This hotel itself is quite confusing. Guest reviews have both extreme ends. From very good to very bad! Rooms manage under different companies. Busan Centum Victoria, Haeundae Centum, Bexco Centum and others. You can see the logo outside the rooms and know which company it belong to. Both rooms beside my room are under different companies. I tried to ask for bottled water from the staff housekeeping the room beside, she said cannot provide me because different company. I was unlucky and got the room that is quite bad. The room is not very clean but still acceptable. No tissue paper provided in the room. Worst is the bathroom. Only provide small towels. Shower in broken bathtub with many tapes. Water flows out everywhere and no shower curtain, then bathroom floor is flooded. Very dangerous. Depends on your luck when booking this hotel. The photos show good and bad ones.

I stayed for 12 days. They forgot to replace towels and empty trash can for one day. In general, the room and bathroom weren’t clean.

距離bexco展覽館近，位置方便

浴室的設計，站著洗澡會浴缸外直接淹水，很困擾

建議浴室加個合適長度的浴簾，不然洗澡都會讓浴缸外場域溢水，很大程度影響住房體驗
