I liked that the place was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, the security even made sure we knew where we are going and how to find our way around the building, I liked that the balcony area was very safe for my 3 year old, the view was breath taking everything was perfect

Nothing, nothing at all

Cold water from the first day and als toilet paper

I was a bit uncomfortable about the location, that area is not safe at all.

Upon arrival the lady at the reception was not friendly at all, she was busy with her phone while assisting me, and I was a bit surprised when she told me I need to pay R100 for extra car for parking coz we had 2 cars of which I prefer if I was told in advance.

There were shops around and the beach was in our view.

We were 4 , for 2 nights there was only 1 toilet paper. The sliding doors looked very dirty and the pillows had a bit of fowl smell.

The receptionist didn't help us as the iron in the room was not working

Sea view with a balcony ONLY

Bedding and couch were smelling bad, toilet was not clean, there were no cleaning products, dirty pots and the cupboards, there were no kitchen sink waste, we never saw a host, unfriendly receptionist, lots of noise. I would want to have refund because even after complaining to the host over the phone nothing was done.
