Very friendly welcome from Denise, the apartment had all the amenities needed for a few days stay, if you need a laundromat there's one close by. The parking was cheap on the street outside and there was more expensive parking available across the street. Super comfortable, we cooked a few simple meals using the hob and reheated some pizza using the oven. Little drying rack available on the mini terrace. Above all the hospitality and professionalism displayed by Denise was commendable and me and my partner felt like we were welcome and could ask for anything. Great experience and will return.

The build was new so there was some leaking in the shower unit which needs to be filled, we informed our host and also expressed that it was not a major issue. Not an overflowing issue, there's a section of the shower unit at the back left which needs to be filled.

beautiful location in the heart of palermo. The rooms are clean , big and perfect for wheelchair users. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can always contact Denise, who is very open, professional and helpful. We will definitely come back!!!

The location is superb and the host is amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even on short notice. She even surprised us with a cake for our birthday. Very happy with our choice!

The staff could not do enough for me: from clear photo directions to early transfers; arranging a different room to giving recommendations for things around the city. This was the stand out for us. Location very good. Shower pressure excellent. Lovely little terrace area to sit outside.

Bed that my son slept on was a rather flimsy put you-up. Lip on the shower tray not high enough to accommodate the incoming water, pressure as it was, and pool of water in bathroom as a result.

The host was AMAZING. Denise was readily available and so easy to contact for recommendations or if any concerns did arise ( I did not have any). :) the space is very well kept . Lots of natural light. It felt very open and I love the high ceilings. The airport transfer was efficient and smooth. The location is so close to everything you desire. The host was AMAZING. This accommodation exceeded my expectations! We booked last minute (8pm) and the host promptly greeted us, and showed us to our room and they asked if we needed any recommendations for things to do in Palermo. The room looked recently renovated and was very clean. In this price range, this was the nicest accommodation we had in Italy. The hotel is central to Palermo Old Town and has lots of lovely bars and cafes on the same street. I would highly recommend this accommodation as it is exceptional value for money.
