Quite a horrible place. The room I booked (King Room with Pool View) was not available. I was shown another room (very small) and one more (larger). I chose the larger one because the small one was really far from the pool. The manager didn't speak any English at all. That was the moment when I should have left. The price was 5200 RSD instead of 4630 as stated in the booking, plus an additional 1200 RSD (!!!) for the pool. Which is, like, wow, for a small pool. The room was horrible. There were no zone/wall lights near the beds. The overhead lights were constantly blinking in all rooms, creating a huge headache. The bedsheets were old and very unpleasant to the touch, with actual hairs (!) on them. There was no hairdryer (in a hotel with the pool, mind you). The floors were dirty, and the ashtray on the terrace full with cig butts. There was a separate room with two small beds. There was a wall light so I wanted to take it but it didn't have a lightbulb, and there were no bedsheets on the small beds. There was no way to close the blinds, and the street light was right in front of my window. No breakfast was provided. For 6400 RSD, you can book a palace in Serbia compared to this, AND with breakfast included. I think they're scammers, not a real hotel, because they never asked for my ID, which they are required to do. I also forgot a piece of clothing there and wanted to send a local friend to retrieve it, but they never replied in the chat about whether they found it or not. Overall, this is one of the least comfortable places I've ever stayed in. I seriously have no idea why this place has such a high rating.
