附近有很多工厂和批发商户，步行可以到梅小路公园，一站可以到京都站。提供咖啡机和品酒服务很贴心。几个年轻的服务员很热情，特别是一个中国小哥和一个南亚小哥。有一排漫画书架可以借阅，出名的动画都有，非常加分。二楼有一个投币的洗衣机和烘干机。

订的是带沙发的房间，窗户对面紧挨着另外一栋楼，光线有一些影响，白天也得开着所有的灯。被子稍微有点短，可以找前台借毛毯。睡觉最好把双层窗户都关上，否则清晨会有附近商户上货车的声音。与同品牌其他的店相比管理还有提升的空间。
